"Developing Youth Entrepreneurial Talent - DYET"

Employment, jobs and business are important subjects for students. But, in this time of high unemployment in Europe, students are pessimistic about their future. They haven't any motivation for school work and any ambition for their future situation. So this project will make possible fight against the early school leaving and the problems met by the disadvantaged students.
It is important to improve our students skills as ITC, foreign languages and all the subjects they study at school in order to give them a basic culture that can have a value in Europe. This project will encourage the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches. The enterpreneurial topic has been chosen to give them an opportunity for their future work. Being confident with the business world will lead them to act, follow their desire and ambition, develop their creativity for innovation and competitiveness.

In questo momento di profonda crisi economico-finanziaria, i giovani hanno bisogno di un aiuto e di una guida per la loro vita futura. Tutti sognano una carriera di successo e le Istituzioni scolastiche hanno un ruolo fondamentale nel fornire ai propri studenti le giuste conoscenze e abilità per agevolare il loro ingresso nel mercato del lavoro. È per questo motivo che 5 paesi partner:  Cipro, Italia, Polonia, Portogallo e Repubblica Ceca si sono uniti per offrire ai propri studenti, di età compresa tra i 14 e i 19 anni, delle linee guida in materia di orientamento professionale e una formazione imprenditoriale in una dimensione europea. Per raggiungere questi obiettivi, sarà attivato un programma di formazione tenuto da esperti internazionali durante le 5 mobilità nei vari paesi, che prevede lezioni, workshop, visite aziendali e incontri con imprenditori. Le metodologie scelte mirano non soltanto a trasferire conoscenze, ma anche ad ispirare, motivare, esplorare nuove idee e scoprire come potersene avvalere per trarne profitto, puntando sull’innovazione e sulla creatività.
